I loved the performances but the venue did horrible
"I spent about 30 minutes in the wrong line before hearing from another customer that the will call was at the back of the building. After that, I stood in that line for around an hour. Upon entering the venue (my seats on the floor with alcohol cost about $75 each), the ticket attendant informed me that the line outside the seat barricade was shorter. I then waited in that line for approximately 30 minutes before reaching the front. However, it turned out that even though they shared the space with alcohol, they couldn't serve me any in that line. I decided to go to the supposed full bar line, which was very long. Although I heard I could go to the shorter line to get a beer, I was determined to have hard alcohol by that point. When we finally reached the front of the long line, the bar only had margaritas left, so I could only get 2. I eventually made it to my seat with my 2 drinks halfway through the show. The margaritas helped me feel better as Mitchell Tenpenny put on a great performance. Trying to maneuver out of my seat due to the tight spacing, I headed back for another drink, only to find out that all concessions had closed and I couldn't get anything else to eat or drink. I spent the remainder of the show in front of the closed bar/concessions, enjoying the wonderful routine. Despite the Carlson Center's shortcomings, I truly loved the performers and felt they deserved better."
